3.1 Payment Terms • Certain features require payment. Fees are clearly stated in the App. • All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
3.2 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal • If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. • You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
3.3 Enterprise License • Businesses may obtain an enterprise license for multi-user access. • License terms, including pricing and restrictions, are agreed upon separately.

4. User-Generated Content & Data Responsibility
4.1 Ownership & Responsibility • You retain ownership of the content (e.g., photos, videos, and floor plans) you upload. • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use it for providing the App’s services. • We take no responsibility for how data captured by the App, whether automatically or manually inserted, is used upstream by users or third parties.
4.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload content that: • Contains illegal, harmful, or misleading information. • Violates privacy rights or intellectual property laws. • Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

5. Floor Plan Generation & Liability
5.1 Accuracy Disclaimer • The App uses AI and other technologies to generate floor plans. • Floor plans are provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or compliance with building regulations.
5.2 Liability for Late or Inaccurate Floor Plans • We accept no responsibility for delays, inaccuracies, or resulting financial or reputational loss. • It is your responsibility to verify floor plans before use. • We take no responsibility for how floor plans or related data are used by you or any third party after they are generated.

6. Service Availability & Limitations • The App is provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. • We are not liable for any loss of earnings, reputation, or contracts due to service interruptions.
